In the third game on Thursday the Golf Croquet League (South) team lost at Cornwall by seven games to thirteen and drop to fifth place in their league table.

Results:

Singles – Mary Barnes lost 2-7, 4-7, 5-6 & 2-7,

Ron Harridge lost 4-7, 5-7, 3-6 & 4-7,

Brian Roynon won 7-6, and lost 1-7, 6-7 & 5-7,

Brenda Roynon lost 4-7 and won 7-4, 7-5 & 7-6.

Doubles – Mary Barnes & Ron Harridge won 7-3 & 7-4,

Brian Roynon & Brenda Roynon lost 6-7 and won 7-4.
