Intermediate League Match Nailsea V's Bath

Nailsea 3 - Bath 2

On Monday 24th April one of Nailsea Croquet Club's two Intermediate League teams travelled to Bath for their first match of the season. In the morning the honours were shared with Jim Gregory winning his singles game by 5 points on time, but the Bath pair won their doubles by 16 points on time. In the afternoon singles games Mary Barnes lost by 3 points on time, but good wins by Jim Gregory and David Hunt by 21 and 24 points respectively ensured victory for the visitors by 3 games to 2.
