SWF Intermediate League:  Bath 2  Nailsea 3

In an away match Nailsea Croquet Club’s Intermediate League team had a good win against league leader’s, Bath, on Sunday.

In the morning DAVID MURPHY and MARY BARNES won the doubles by 7 points on time, but GEOFF HUGHES lost by a maximum 26 points.

In the afternoon, GEOFF and MARY won by 6 and 8 respectively, both on time, but DAVID MURPHY was beaten by 14 points.

This win takes the Nailsea team to the top of the league table with one game to play.
