Bronze Croquet Course

A very successful Bronze Coaching Course was held at Nailsea Croquet Club over the weekend.

The Course Leader was PETER DYKE and BOB WHITAKER from Bath Croquet Club assisted him.

The course included single ball and croquet strokes, 2-ball, 3-ball and 4-ball breaks, use of bisques, openings, leaves and endings, including 3-ball endings, the rover peel, pegging out and cannons.

It was largely practical with the students trying out what they had been taught.

All the participants said they had learnt a great deal and had enjoyed the course despite the somewhat inclement weather.
