Nailsea Croquet Club Semi-finals

High Bisquers Competition

DAVID HUNT beat JIM GREGORY +4 and VIOLET DELMAS beat SHEILA WARE +3.

Over 50s

The semi-finals were single-banked and had a 5-hour time limit. However, as the conditions were very difficult, both games went to time.

GEOFF HUGHES beat PAT LONG +6T and MARY BARNES beat GRETA STRINGER +2T.

The winners will play each other in the finals next weekend.

One-Ball handicap competition

Both semi-finals and the final were hard fought and very close.

Semi-Final: MARCUS EVANS beat THOMAS ROYLANCE +2, MARY BARNES beat BRIGIT CLAYTON +2

Final: MARY beat MARCUS +2.
