Friendly - Nailsea 7 Watford 3
Five members of Watford Croquet Club are on tour in the West Country and are playing five matches in five days.
On Thursday they lost 7-1 to Swindon and on Friday they went down 6-4 at Bristol.
On Saturday they lost to Nailsea by 7 games to 3.
On Sunday they played at Taunton and on Monday they went to Bath. The results of these matches are not yet known.
Nailsea Results: Peter Dyke won +12T & +3T, Geoff Hughes won +13 & lost –13, Bernard Wilson won +1T & +13, Ian Telfer won +7T & +5 and had a handicap reduction from 12 to 11, Mary Barnes lost –9 & –7 and had a handicap increase from 12 to 14.
